Ingredients
- 350 g Broccoli Florets (1 bunch)
- 3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
- 40 g Grated Vegan Cheese (Parmesan or Mozzarella)
- 35 ml Olive Oil
- 10 g Sea Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
Instructions
- Pre-heat your oven to around 220 C. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
- Start by steaming the broccoli.
- In a metal bowl, add the steamed broccoli florets. Drizzle all the of florets with the Olive Oil, add the Grated Vegan Cheese, Salt and the Minced Garlic.
- Mix the broccoli with the rest of the ingredients, making sure all the florets are covered in oil and the seasoning.
- Add the broccoli to the baking tray, making sure all the florets are lying flat side down not overlapping each other.
- Bake for around 12-15 minutes or until a golden brown colour developed on the edges. Pierce with a fork to ensure its tender.
- Served hot, straight from the oven.
