Pre-heat your oven to around 220 C. Line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
Start by steaming the broccoli.
In a metal bowl, add the steamed broccoli florets. Drizzle all the of florets with the Olive Oil, add the Grated Vegan Cheese, Salt and the Minced Garlic.
Mix the broccoli with the rest of the ingredients, making sure all the florets are covered in oil and the seasoning.
Add the broccoli to the baking tray, making sure all the florets are lying flat side down not overlapping each other.
Bake for around 12-15 minutes or until a golden brown colour developed on the edges. Pierce with a fork to ensure its tender.
Served hot, straight from the oven.
