Roasted Indian-Style Cabbage

  • 350 g Thinly Sliced Cabbage
  • 3 Cloves of Sliced Garlic
  • 15 ml Olive Oil/Avocado Oil
  • 20 g Curry Powder
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Pinch of Pepper


  • Pre-heat your oven to 220 C.  Line a large baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Add the Cabbage and Garlic to a mixing bowl and drizzle with the Olive Oil. Massage and mix together, making sure all the cabbage is covered with the oil.
  • Then add the Curry Powder, Salt, and Pepper. Mix everything together and ensure the cabbage is evenly covered with the seasoning. Place the mixture on the baking tray and cook for around 15-20 minutes or until everything is golden brown and tender. The cooking time may vary slightly depending on how thick or thinly the cabbage is sliced.
  • Serve hot from the oven.
