Start by pre-heating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Place all the ingredients of the Filling inside a sauce pot, bring the mixture to a boil, and simmer it for 5-10 minutes. Stir the mixture occasionally.
Into a mixing bowl, add all the Dough ingredients, allocating and mixing the dry ingredients first. Using bare hands or a hand mixer, blend all together until a consistent dough is formed.
Using a baking tray(18x28cm or around), line a baking sheet over, followed by 3/4 of dough over the tray. Make sure the dough is well pressed into the baking tray.
Pour all the strawberry filling over the dough in an evenly way. Crumble and add the 1/4 of dough on top of the filling.
Bake the whole tray for 20-25 minutes. Wait for 5 minutes for cooling and enjoy. We recommend adding a scoop of vegan vanilla ice-cream when eating.
