Instructions
In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients apart from the Dill and Cucumber. Mix everything together until it develops a nice, smooth texture.
Then add the Dill and the Cucumber into the mixture and fold together with a spoon until all the Cucumber is covered by the dressing.
Season to taste. While it is best served fresh but you can store it in the fridge for up to 2 days.
